Docking station for iPhone 4S proves an easy squeeze into a suitcase

As slim as a Kindle and just as easy to pack, this 320g mains or (four AAA) battery-powered dock for an iPhone or iPod Touch – complete with tiny remote control – easily earns its ‘size 0’ tag, but there’s more to it than packability.

Packs flat

Although it packs completely flat, a pullout tab wraps around the bottom to produce a prop-stand while also revealing a dock connector for Apple devices. Also including a line-in, the 12.4x22x1.6cm StreetParty 0 is at its most useful when charging its carriage (via mains only) and playing acoustic music at relatively low volumes.

Compatibility

However, as docking station speakers go it’s pretty old school, compatible only with the iPhone 3G, 3GS, 4, 4S, iPod Nano 5th Gen and iPod Touch 4th Gen.
